  • About this Coffee: With a refreshing raspberry juiciness, a creamy fudge mouthfeel, and toasted almond finish, this blend highlights everything we love about cold brew. For this seasonal blend, we combined two coffees to create an ideal cup profile. A natural processed Ethiopia consisting of various producing regions and communities were sourced using a model that helps producers sell a large portion of their specialty grade harvests after top quality lots have been sold into the market. This framework was structured by Catalyst Trade to create a better coffee producing economy in Ethiopia. A washed processed Fair Trade Organic Peru from La Florida cooperative. La Florida has approximately 821 producer partners and serves the Chanchamayo region. With a strong focus on quality and organic certification, this coffee issues a higher premium. PREPARATION RECOMMENDATIONS To make a concentrate, add coarsely ground coffee with filtered water into a brewing device or large jar and stir. For every pound of coffee add 2.8 quarts or approximately 11 cups of water. Cover and let it steep for about 20 hours at room temperature. Strain the slurry through a coffee filter or a fine mesh sieve with clean cheesecloth into another container. Dilute concentrate to taste and serve over ice. Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
