Process: Fully Washed

The 100% Colombian beans are decaffeinated by being gently washed with a natural alcohol-based solvent which is derived entirely from sugar cane. The resulting cup is sweet with a heavy mouth feel and a sparkling orange acidity. We like to brew it up next to a cup of regular coffee and challenge people to guess which cup is decaf!

PREPARATION RECOMMENDATIONS: This coffee is well-suited for espresso and pretty much any drip or full immersion application. French Press, pour-over, drip brewer, Aeropress, etc.
