Daniso Horsa manages multiple farm sites, including one in Ethiopia’s Sidama region, where this naturally processed coffee originates. Seasonal workers meticulously handpick only the ripest cherries, and all post-harvest processing is done on-site. This hands-on approach allows Daniso to maintain full control over every step, ensuring consistent quality from coffee cherry to cup.
