  • About this Coffee:

Finca Zanga is located in Bolivia’s La Paz department, one of the country’s key coffee-growing regions. Managed by Maria Pucho, the farm benefits from a broad range of elevations with an ideal microclimate, for producing high-quality coffees.

Like many smallholder producers in Bolivia, Maria invests in on-farm processing infrastructure, with all post-harvest activities handled at the farm to maintain full control over quality.

In 2023, Maria contributed her expertise as a sensory evaluator for the Taza Presidencial de Bolivia, a prestigious quality-focused competition that is followed by an auction that showcases the country’s top coffees.
