About this Coffee:Buena Vista obtains its name due to its proximity that overlooks the majestic mountain ranges of Huehuetenango.
Andrea Domingo is a third-generation coffee producer. Buena Vista was formerly used for crops like corn and beans. However, the farm underwent a transformation under her grandfather’s direction when he introduced the cultivation of coffee.
In search of employment, Andrea’s husband departed Huehuetenango. While this presented challenges, she has found support from her family and local workers that she hires to carry out tasks in the farm.
In the cup, we experience notes of orange zest, toffee, and vanilla.
Our roastery is 100% powered by 65 solar panels with an oxidizer that filters out 96% of the particulates from the roasting process, making us one of the greenest coffee roasteries in the USA.
