  • About this Coffee: El Romerillo is owned and operated by Olga Calle. Her farm is located in the capital of the department in Cajamarca. The northern part of Peru is known for its high elevations and subtropical highland climate. Peru has a remarkable number of certified-organic coffees, such as this one. Olga Calle contributes 100 percent to the production of her coffee, from picking ripe cherries, depulping, fermenting it for 26 hours and putting them out to dry for a period of 20 - 30 days. In the cup we taste pecan-like buttery flavors, followed by a refreshing orange blossom aroma that coats the palate. The finish is sweet like pear candy.
