In a unique collaboration, Publik Coffee Roasters and Black Feather Spirits have launched "Speakeasy," a special barrel-aged coffee project where we aged a natural-processed Ethiopian green coffee in a bourbon barrel from Black Feather, a local, award-winning distillery. Black Feather Bourbon, known for its crisp character derived from pristine Wasatch Mountain snowpack water, lends deep, warm, and subtly sweet undertones to the coffee, creating a nuanced flavor profile that complements the Ethiopian bean's natural acidity and fruit notes.
