    In an exciting collaboration rooted in the heart of Salt Lake City, Black Feather Whiskey and Publik Coffee are proud to announce a unique barrel-aged coffee project called Speakeasy! Black Feather Spirits, founded in SLC by local enthusiasts, brings their award-winning expertise to this partnership by sharing one of their Bourbon barrels with us.

    Inspired by the untamed ruggedness of the Rocky Mountains and the time-honored craft of whiskey-making, Black Feather Bourbon and Rye are spirits born of the wilderness. Each bottle embodies the spirit of adventure and the pursuit of excellence. The secret to their distinctively crisp and pure character lies in the pristine water used, which flows directly from the high-altitude snowpack of Utah’s majestic Wasatch Mountains.

    This unique collaboration began with a carefully selected, natural processed Ethiopia. Known for its bright acidity and complex fruit notes, this coffee was chosen to complement the nuanced flavors imparted by the bourbon barrel. The green coffee was aged in the emptied bourbon barrel, allowing them to absorb the deep, warm, and subtly sweet undertones that are the hallmark of Black Feather's renowned bourbon.
